What we collect and why

When you visit our online store, we collect information about you. What is automatically collected is described in section Cookies below.

Buy in the online store

In order to be able to deliver our goods to you when purchasing in the online store, we register personal information about you. This applies both if you shop as a guest ("guest user") or as a logged-in user in our online store.

Personal information that we collect in connection with purchases is

The information is collected for the purpose of being able to sell goods to you.

Newsletter and SMS

Personal data is processed to enable the following:

• Show relevant product recommendations, give suggestions for shopping lists, remind about forgotten/abandoned digital shopping baskets, save shopping lists to simplify future purchases or similar measures that simplify your shopping experience.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the NEWSLETTER and SMS. This is done through the link in the newsletter sent, or by password in the sent SMS. You can also unsubscribe by sending us an e-mail (see section Contact us below).

Safe storage

At Work of Equine, we take security seriously, and therefore have routines and controls so that information does not go astray.

We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you as described in this privacy policy.

Work of Equine uses cookies from third parties, which are also some of our data processors.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can demand that it be corrected or deleted. Deletion assumes that we are not obliged to store the information in accordance with current legislation or other obligations we have. You can request that your personal data be transferred from us. The personal data will be sent in a machine-readable format.

You can withdraw the consent you have given at any time by contacting us. For newsletters, consent can be obtained through a link in an e-mail.
